I am an ATL-based salon specializing in natural hair braiding, as well as curl-specific cuts and color. My goal is to provide clients with a luxurious hair experience while educating them on their personal hair care needs. How to Arrive for Your Curl Appointment To ensure the best experience and results during your curl service, please follow these important guidelines before arriving to your appointment: ✨ Come with your hair: • Clean (washed within the last 24–48 hours) • Fully detangled • 100% dry • Worn down in its natural curly state 🚫 Please avoid arriving with: • Hair in a bun, ponytail, braids, twists, or any style that stretches or alters your natural curl pattern. • Heavy tangling or matted hair, as this will require additional time and may result in a detangling fee starting at $50. These policies help me stay on time and deliver the best results possible for you and all my clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation — I can’t wait to care for your curls! Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy **PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING** A deposit is required to secure all appointments. If your deposit is not received at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be canceled. **Deposits are nonrefundable** If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Your deposit will transfer to one rescheduled date only. If you reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required, and the original deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ Late Cancellations & No-Shows • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a forfeited deposit 💸 Late Fee Policy I understand that things happen—but out of respect for my time and other clients, please be on time to your appointment. ⏰ Grace Period: You have a 10-minute grace period after your scheduled appointment time. 💰 Late Fee: After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be automatically added to your service total. 🚫 15+ Minutes Late: If you are 15 minutes or more late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or canceled, and you will be charged 50% of the service as a late cancellation fee. ⚠️ Repeated lateness may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for future bookings.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
